Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including implementation, support, configuration, and annual compensation cycles.
Mandatory Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
LTI experience is mandatory.
Minimum of 1 implementation project and 1 support project in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification is mandatory.
Experience in annual compensation cycles and enhancements.
Good understanding of other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Experience with custom compensation statements is an added advantage.
Work Arrangement
Remote opportunity based in Bangalore / Gurgaon.
Candidates must visit the client’s office 3–4 times per month.
Travel, accommodation, and food expenses for office visits will be borne by the candidate.
