Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in backend development, application architecture, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, and SQL Server, along with experience building scalable REST APIs, event-driven systems, and microservices-based applications.
The candidate will lead technical implementation, guide developers, participate in architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
Design and implement event-driven solutions using RabbitMQ or similar messaging platforms.
Develop and manage background jobs and scheduled tasks using Hangfire.
Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database designs using SQL Server and relational databases.
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, architectural decisions, and implementation planning.
Guide and mentor development teams while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Manage application secrets and security configurations using Vault and GCP Secret Manager.
Work with Azure Boards, Git workflows, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines to support efficient development and deployment.
Implement unit testing and perform API testing using Postman or Bruno.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Contribute to application reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability across distributed systems.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Experience: 10+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 8 years of hands-on backend development.
Programming: Strong proficiency in C#.
.NET Technologies: Hands-on experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework.
Database: Strong knowledge of SQL Server, relational database design, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
API Development: RESTful API development and third-party API integrations.
Messaging: Practical experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging platforms.
Background Processing: Experience implementing background jobs and scheduling using Hangfire.
Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, OOP concepts, and design patterns.
Testing: Experience with unit testing and API testing using Postman or Bruno.
Version Control & Delivery: Git workflows, pull requests, Azure Boards, and CI/CD pipelines.
Secrets Management: Familiarity with Vault and GCP Secret Manager.
Leadership: Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and communicating with business stakeholders.
