AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong Python development skills and hands-on knowledge of AWS, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents. The candidate should understand machine learning fundamentals and be capable of developing and integrating AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications using Python.

Work with Large Language Models to build intelligent applications and workflows.

Develop RAG-based solutions to retrieve and generate responses from relevant data.

Build and integrate AI agents to automate tasks and business processes.

Utilize AWS services to develop, deploy, and support AI applications.

Implement data processing, embedding, and vector retrieval workflows.

Evaluate AI solution performance, accuracy, and reliability.

Apply machine learning concepts to practical business use cases.

Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver AI solutions.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Python development.

Strong proficiency in Python.

Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based application development.

Knowledge of LLMs and their integration into applications.

Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Experience or working knowledge of AI agents and agentic workflows.

Understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with vector databases and embedding models.

Familiarity with LLM frameworks and orchestration tools.

Experience deploying AI applications on AWS.

Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI application optimization.

Location Requirement: Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore. Relocation candidates will not be considered.
