*Job Overview*
We are looking for an experienced IGA Specialist (Identity Governance & Administration) with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM 2016), Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and Identity Governance solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity lifecycle management, access governance, and provisioning solutions across hybrid identity environments. The candidate should have experience in MIM administration, Entra ID Governance, identity synchronization, access controls, and migration from legacy MIM solutions to modern Microsoft Entra ID Governance capabilities.

*Key Responsibilities*
Design, implement, and maintain Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Microsoft Entra ID.
Develop and manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes to automate identity creation, modification, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
Configure and administer MIM Synchronization Service, MIM Service and Portal, management agents, synchronization rules, workflows, and rules extensions.
Integrate HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP with identity management platforms as authoritative sources for user provisioning.
Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID Governance capabilities, including Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, Lifecycle Workflows, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
Configure and troubleshoot hybrid identity synchronization using Microsoft Entra Connect and Cloud Sync.
Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access certification, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
Support MIM modernization and migration to Microsoft Entra ID Governance, including assessment, mapping, implementation, and validation of existing identity workflows.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, SQL queries, and C# rules extensions to support identity automation and synchronization.
Provide L2/L3 technical support, perform root-cause analysis, resolve synchronization issues, and optimize identity management processes.
Support security audits and compliance requirements, including SOX, ISO 27001, and GDPR, by providing access reports, audit evidence, and remediation support.
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and runbooks.

*Mandatory Skills & Qualifications*
Minimum 6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), or related identity engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM 2016) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Solid understanding of IGA principles, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and automated provisioning.
Hands-on experience with MIM Synchronization Service, management agents, synchronization rules, workflows, and attribute mapping.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra Connect, Cloud Sync, and hybrid identity architecture.
Experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, access certification, RBAC, and SoD controls.
Practical experience with PowerShell scripting, SQL Server, and C# for MIM rules extensions and identity automation.
Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
Experience with MIM-to-Microsoft Entra ID Governance migration or modernization initiatives.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

*Good-to-Have Skills*
Experience with other IGA or IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, or Okta.
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate for identity automation and integrations.
Relevant certifications such as SC-300, AZ-500, or SC-100.
Experience in BFSI or other regulated industries.
Knowledge of identity governance frameworks, security controls, and compliance audit processes.
