Migration Lead – SAP ECC to Jaggaer S2P

We are seeking an experienced Migration Lead to own end-to-end data migration for an SAP ECC to Jaggaer Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation, from migration strategy and data assessment through mock migrations, reconciliation, cutover, and go-live.

Key Responsibilities
Lead migration strategy, planning, execution, governance, timelines, and deliverables.
Assess, cleanse, map, transform, and validate SAP ECC procurement data for migration to Jaggaer.
Manage vendor master, material master, purchasing documents, invoices, and related procurement data.
Plan and execute mock migration cycles, reconciliation, defect resolution, and data quality checks.
Lead cutover planning, final data loads, readiness assessments, and go-live support.
Conduct mapping workshops, coordinate business and technical stakeholders, and obtain data validation sign-offs.
Manage migration risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
Maintain mapping specifications, reconciliation reports, migration plans, and governance documentation.
Travel to Kuwait for project workshops, UAT, stakeholder alignment, and go-live activities.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
12+ years of overall experience with substantial hands-on ERP data migration expertise.
Proven ownership of at least two end-to-end ERP/procurement data migrations through go-live.
Strong SAP ECC procurement knowledge, including vendor master, material master, purchasing documents, and invoices.
Hands-on experience in data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, mock migrations, and reconciliation.
Proven cutover and go-live management experience.
Experience with ERP implementations, preferably procurement or Source-to-Pay platforms.
Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, risk management, and communication skills.
Willingness to undertake three project-related trips to Kuwait.
Preferred Skills
Jaggaer implementation or other Source-to-Pay platform experience.
Experience migrating SAP ECC procurement data to third-party procurement platforms.
Knowledge of ERP integrations, data validation frameworks, and reconciliation tools.
