Procurement Functional Consultant – SAP MM

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Procurement Functional Consultant to support data migration for an SAP ECC to Jaggaer Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation. The consultant will analyse procurement data, define source-to-target mappings, establish transformation and validation rules, support data cleansing, and ensure accurate migration through testing and business sign-off.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse SAP ECC procurement processes, data structures, and business requirements.
Conduct functional discovery sessions and data mapping workshops with procurement and finance stakeholders.
Define field-level mappings, transformation rules, mandatory fields, and validation criteria for Jaggaer.
Analyse vendor, material and service master data, purchasing info records, contracts, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification data.
Identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies.
Support data cleansing, remediation, mock migrations, reconciliation, and migration defect resolution.
Validate migrated data against source records and business requirements.
Support UAT, defect retesting, and business data sign-offs.
Coordinate with the Migration Lead, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Maintain mapping specifications, validation rules, issue logs, and reconciliation documentation.
Travel to Kuwait for requirements workshops and UAT activities.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
8–12 years of SAP MM and procurement functional experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC Materials Management and end-to-end procurement processes.
Expertise in procurement master data and transactional data.
Practical experience in ERP data migration, data cleansing, mapping, validation, or migration testing.
Ability to define source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and data quality checks.
Experience with mock migrations, reconciliation, defect resolution, and UAT.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to Kuwait for two project-related trips.
Preferred Skills
Jaggaer or other Source-to-Pay platform experience.
SAP ECC to third-party procurement platform migration experience.
Exposure to ERP implementation, data transformation, and reconciliation processes.
Ideal Candidate: A hands-on SAP MM functional consultant with strong procurement knowledge and practical data migration experience. Candidates with SAP ECC-to-Jaggaer or comparable procurement platform migration experience will be preferred.
