Configure portfolio hierarchy, investment planning, strategic themes and business objectives Implement resource allocation, forecasting, capacity management, and utilisation dashboardsBuild executive reporting and portfolio analytics using Performance Analytics and Workspace experiencesDefine portfolio KPIs and enterprise metrics.
