- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- 3+ years of experience with App Engine Studio and custom application development
- 3+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments

- ServiceNow App Engine Studio and scoped applications
- Server-side scripting: Script Includes, Business Rules, Scripted REST APIs
- GlideRecord, query optimization, and transactional logic
- Flow Designer, reusable actions, and subflows
- ACLs, role-based access controls, and platform security
- Configurable Workspace, UI Builder, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
- REST APIs, JSON integrations, and IntegrationHub
- Platform Analytics, dashboards, and reporting
- Platform governance, technical documentation, and code reviews
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL 4 Foundation
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications.
- Build scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform performance.
- Support platform upgrades, release governance, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor developers and ensure adherence to development standards.
