Modular Monolith Architecture
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical design, development, and delivery.
Manage and coordinate developers and QA team members.
Take ownership of work packages and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate effectively with Technical Leads and stakeholders.
Manage project estimates, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify and resolve blockers to maintain project progress.
Ensure code quality, technical standards, and delivery excellence.
Oversee timesheet management and maintain accurate records.
Ensure effective knowledge sharing and retention within the team.
Common Requirements:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Good understanding of business processes and requirements.
Experience working with UK or European clients is preferred.
Experience in Facilities Management, Property, Field Services, or ERP domains is desirable.
Ability to work according to UK business hours.
Strong collaboration, ownership, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
