Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Flex Developer (.NET) with strong hands-on development experience, solid problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building scalable, high-quality applications.
Key Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET 10 / .NET Framework.
Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and Web API 2.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database development.
Experience with Entity Framework and Dapper.
Working experience with Microsoft Azure services.
Front-end development experience using HTMX, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, application integration, and software development best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain application features and integrations.
Participate in technical design discussions and provide accurate effort estimates.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code.
Develop and execute automated unit tests to ensure application reliability.
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and resolve defects.
Collaborate with team members and technical leads to deliver quality solutions.
Support product demonstrations and communicate technical functionality effectively.
Follow coding standards, development practices, and quality guidelines throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent collaboration, accountability, and ownership skills.
Ability to work in alignment with UK business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with UK or European clients.
Domain knowledge in Facilities Management, Property Management, Field Services, or ERP systems.
Experience working in collaborative development teams with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
