Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Flex QA Engineer (Automation) with strong experience in UI and API test automation, regression testing, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with modern testing tools, managing test data, identifying defects, and collaborating with development and QA teams to ensure reliable, high-quality software delivery.
Key Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Playwright for automated UI testing.
Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman, Newman, Insomnia, and Bruno.
Proficiency in SQL for database validation and test data verification.
Experience with Azure Service Bus Explorer for inspecting and validating message flows.
Familiarity with Azure Storage Explorer for validating storage-related data and resources.
Experience with Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and collaboration.
Understanding of UI and API automation frameworks, regression testing, and test execution processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API test scripts.
Execute automated tests and expand regression test coverage.
Prepare, manage, and validate test data for different testing scenarios.
Identify, document, track, and report defects with clear reproduction steps.
Validate API responses, database records, and application integrations.
Collaborate closely with the Core QA team to align testing strategies and quality standards.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and support timely defect resolution.
Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes.
Required Qualifications
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Good understanding of business processes and functional requirements.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work according to UK business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with UK or European clients.
Domain experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, Field Services, or ERP systems.
Experience working in collaborative QA environments with established testing processes.
