Job Description
• Business analysis background in the utilities industry (electric, gas, water or energy services)
• Requirements gathering: stakeholder interviews, workshops
• BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams
• Gap analysis, impact analysis, root cause analysis
• UAT support: test scenarios, test cases, defect tracking, business sign-off
• Utility projects: customer information systems, billing, metering, energy management, outage management
• Familiarity with SAP IS-U, Oracle Utilities or similar utility platforms
• Knowledge of energy distribution, transmission, smart metering and utility regulatory processes
• Reports, dashboards and stakeholder presentations; change management and end-user training
