Job Summary
Martinet Technologies Private Limited is looking for a motivated US IT Recruitment Manager with hands-on experience in C2C recruitment, US IT staffing, vendor coordination, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing recruitment operations, driving team performance, developing client relationships, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate a team of US IT recruiters to achieve recruitment targets.
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment, with a strong focus on C2C staffing.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Identify prospective clients, support client acquisition, and manage onboarding activities.
Build and maintain client relationships and negotiate rates as required.
Monitor submissions, interviews, placements, and closures.
Support team productivity, pipeline management, and timely delivery against targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in US IT recruitment or US IT staffing.
Strong hands-on knowledge of C2C recruitment and the US staffing process.
Experience in team coordination or team handling.
Knowledge of client acquisition, onboarding, and vendor management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work effectively during US night-shift hours.
