Job Summary
Martinet Technologies Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our US IT Recruitment team. Candidates will receive an opportunity to learn US IT staffing, candidate sourcing, resume screening, submission processes, and client and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
Coordinate with candidates regarding availability, interviews, and follow-ups.
Prepare and submit candidate profiles according to client requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with senior recruiters and team members to support recruitment activities.
Learn US IT staffing processes, including C2C recruitment and vendor coordination.
Work toward individual and team recruitment targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Any graduate or candidates pursuing a relevant degree, subject to company requirements.
Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work during US night-shift hours.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a target-oriented mindset.
