Lead Python Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Python Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, Next.js/React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate should have senior-level ownership, strong system design capabilities, and the ability to independently drive technical solutions from ambiguous business requirements to production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, production-grade full-stack web applications.

Build responsive frontend applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

Develop robust backend services and REST APIs using Python frameworks.

Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases and complex SQL queries.

Drive system design, architecture decisions, and technical implementation.

Independently translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, delivery, and execution.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

8+ years of overall software development experience.

4+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade applications using Next.js/React and TypeScript.

Strong Python programming expertise.

Extensive experience with Python REST API frameworks.

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and advanced SQL optimization techniques.

Strong system design and architecture experience.

Proven ability to handle ambiguous requirements and independently deliver production-ready features.

Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and ownership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including SQL, warehouses, and performance/cost optimization.

Experience integrating BI platforms such as ThoughtSpot, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.

Experience with geospatial and mapping libraries such as Mapbox GL JS, CARTO, or similar technologies.
