* 1. **Timeouts:** Add specific hands-on experience implementing/configuring timeout mechanisms for Java/Spring Boot microservices and distributed services.
2. **Azure IAM:** Clearly document hands-on experience with **Microsoft Azure IAM**, including Azure identity, access control, roles/permissions, or related Azure security/access-management responsibilities.
3. **Modernization Assessment & Roadmap:** Clearly mention experience assessing legacy application environments, identifying technology gaps, defining modernization strategies/roadmaps, and driving modernization initiatives from assessment through implementation.
4. **Architecture & Technical Leadership:** If applicable, strengthen the existing experience with specific examples of independently making architectural decisions, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring development teams.
