About the Role:
SCC needs a PM to manage transition to a new Banking partner across 7 divisions handling revenue collection, deposits & monies processing. Role involves managing deliverables across Banking partner, SCC divisions, OCC, and ETS — plus documenting requirements and driving process changes to leverage new tech.
Required (8+ yrs each):
✅ Program management / product ownership / IT modernization / enterprise delivery
✅ Process reengineering & process mapping
✅ Milestone planning & cross-division dependency management
✅ Stakeholder alignment on schedules & deliverables
✅ Leading high-visibility, multi-division tech/modernization initiatives
✅ Facilitation, communication, stakeholder mgmt, exec presentations
✅ Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
✅ Agile tools (Jira, MS Planner, etc.)
✅ MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, MS Project, Power BI
✅ Guiding teams/leadership through major process & org change
✅ Confidentiality, initiative, professionalism
🎓 Active PMP Required
Highly Desired:
CSM & SAFe certifications
4+ yrs banking platforms / Oracle / ERP systems
Desired:
4+ yrs revenue collections / cash management experience
Nice-to-Have Certs:
CSPO | PSPO | SAFe POPM | CSM | Lean Six Sigma | ITIL Foundation
