* 7+ years of strong hands-on experience with *Angular/JavaScript or React*
* Strong *Core Java* and *Spring Boot* experience
* Microservices architecture and development
* Hands-on experience with *Hazelcast / Distributed Cache*
* Strong hands-on *Python* experience
* Experience with *MS SQL/RDBMS or NoSQL MongoDB*
* Complex SQL, Stored Procedures, query optimization and performance tuning
* Experience with *AI SDLC / Spec-Driven Development*
* Experience designing and developing workflows using *Agentic Orchestration*
* Mobile development experience is preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Self-driven with a passion for innovation
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
