# Consultant – OUAF / Oracle CC&B / C2M Developer

We are looking for experienced Oracle Utilities CC&B / C2M Developers with strong hands-on expertise in the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

The selected candidates will be responsible for the implementation and development of Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) / Customer to Meter (C2M) solutions using the OUAF framework. The role involves working closely with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

* Work on the implementation and development of Oracle Utilities CC&B / C2M solutions following OUAF framework guidelines.
* Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
* Develop and customize OUAF components based on project requirements.
* Participate in end-to-end implementation activities, including development, configuration, testing, and deployment.
* Develop and maintain Batch Programs, Business Services, Algorithms, Change Handlers, and Plug-in Driven Batches.
* Develop and maintain 4GL scripts, including Service Scripts, BPA Scripts, and Plug-in Scripts.
* Work with Configuration Tools, UI Maps, and Zones.
* Develop and support XAI / IWS inbound web services.
* Integrate CC&B / C2M with external systems using REST, XML, and file transfers.
* Develop and optimize SQL queries using the CC&B data model.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
* Support technical discussions and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
* Work independently as well as collaboratively within project teams.
