Java Full stack Developer

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Lead with strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, ReactJS, and REST APIs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), experience in designing and developing scalable applications, and the ability to contribute to solutioning, resolve technical dependencies, and guide team members.

Knowledge and hands-on technical expertise are more important than the total years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Design and develop scalable applications using Core Java 1.8.
Develop and maintain Spring Boot-based applications and Microservices.
Design and implement microservice architecture and integrations.
Design and develop responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.
Develop and integrate REST APIs and web services.
Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit.
Participate in technical solutioning and design discussions.
Identify and resolve technical dependencies and integration challenges.
Guide and support team members on technical implementation and best practices.
Work with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Work with AWS services and support cloud-based application deployments.
Participate in Kafka-based event-driven integration activities.
Monitor and troubleshoot application issues using Splunk or similar observability tools.
Contribute to performance testing, optimization, and application reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in Java Full Stack development.
Strong knowledge of Core Java 1.8.
Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
Strong understanding and implementation experience of Microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with ReactJS for UI design and development.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs.
Experience with Web Services.
Experience with JUnit and unit testing.
Good understanding of complete SDLC processes.
Good to Have / Exposure
Jenkins and CI/CD.
AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Route 53, SNS, and SQS.
Apache Kafka.
Solutioning and technical design.
Technical dependency resolution and team guidance.
Splunk or similar application monitoring/observability tools.
Performance testing and optimization.
Unit testing best practices.
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) exposure is an added advantage.
