Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a *Senior Full-Stack Engineer* to join the *Renewals Team, focused on digitizing and modernizing subscription and specialty-line renewal processes on a highly customized **Adobe Commerce (Magento 2.x)* enterprise platform.

### 🔑 MUST-HAVE SKILLS

✅ 5–8 years of Software Engineering experience
✅ Strong *Adobe Commerce / Magento 2.x* experience
✅ Advanced *PHP* development
✅ Magento modules, plugins, Dependency Injection & Service Contracts
✅ *JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3*
✅ REST / GraphQL / SOAP API integrations
✅ *RabbitMQ, Webhooks & API-led integrations*
✅ MySQL / MariaDB and query optimization
✅ *TDD, PHPUnit* & integration/functional testing
✅ Git, Composer, CI/CD & Docker
✅ AWS / Azure / Adobe Commerce Cloud
✅ Redis, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch & CDN technologies
✅ Subscription / recurring billing concepts

### 💳 SUBSCRIPTION & RENEWALS EXPERIENCE

Experience with:

* Renewal cycles & auto-renewals
* Proration & billing logic
* Grace periods
* Cancellations & win-backs
* Dunning / recurring payments
* Customer self-service renewal portals
* Subscription platforms such as *Zuora, Recurly*, or custom Magento solutions

### ⭐ NICE TO HAVE

* Insurance, legal, tax, compliance or B2B/B2G experience
* Salesforce integration experience
* Adobe Commerce certification
* React / PWA / Headless Commerce
* Microservices architecture
* New Relic / Blackfire
* High-volume transaction & performance tuning
* Experience replacing manual/paper processes with digital workflows
* Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills

### 🌎 LOCATION REQUIREMENT

*US-based or Near-shore Latin America only* — Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Argentina, etc.

Candidates must have significant overlap with *US Eastern/Central business hours*.
