Job Description
We are seeking a senior-level Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to design cloud architectures, governance models and cloud standards. The role will focus primarily on OCI while supporting multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud initiatives across AWS, Azure and GCP.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure cloud architectures.
Required Qualifications
6–9 years of experience with OCI.
Strong expertise in OCI cloud architecture, services, governance, frameworks and best practices.
OCI experience is mandatory.
4–6 years of experience with hybrid infrastructure.
4–6 years of experience with cloud networking.
4–6 years of experience with cloud DevOps and automation.
2–3 years of experience with cloud security.
1–2 years of experience with Cloud FinOps.
2–3 years of experience with architecture documentation using Visio or Abacus.
Strong experience with cloud servers and environments including configuration, patching, networking, VLAN configuration, backups, monitoring and alerts.
Experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, GoldenGate, RMAN and database licensing.
Experience with Exadata, ExaCC, ExaDB-D, Exascale, DBaaS and OEM.
Strong understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery and Multi-Cloud Architecture.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible and API/CLI automation.
Experience with SRE and DevOps practices including monitoring, observability and SLAs/SLOs/SLIs.
Preferred Experience
1–2 years of experience with AWS, Azure and GCP.
Linux or network administration experience.
Experience with cloud architecture patterns and standards.
Experience with product architecture and roadmap assessment.
Experience supporting hybrid-cloud integrations and migration initiatives.
Experience expanding or implementing Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities.
Experience with AI and cloud-based AI solutions.
Current Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification such as Architect Professional or Architect Associate is strongly preferred.
