Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing and a solid background in the Banking/FinTech domain. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing functional and regression testing, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality and reliability of Dynamics CRM-based applications.

Key Requirements :
8+ years of overall QA/testing experience.
6+ years of hands-on Manual Testing experience.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Testing.
Mandatory Banking/FinTech domain experience.
Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
Experience in test case creation, test execution, defect identification, tracking, and reporting.
Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA processes.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong experience in defect management and tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Automation testing experience is an advantage, but manual testing expertise is mandatory.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
Perform functional and regression testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
Execute end-to-end testing across CRM workflows and integrations.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Perform integration and system testing for CRM-related applications.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, defect triage, and other Agile ceremonies.
Maintain testing documentation and provide regular QA status updates.
Support UAT and production-release validation activities where required.
Contribute to improving QA processes and overall product quality.
