Job Overview

We are looking for 4 experienced CC&B / C2M Developers with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities solutions and excellent communication skills.

The selected consultants will be primarily responsible for the implementation and development of Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) / Customer to Meter (C2M) solutions within Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), while working closely with onsite teams, business users, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
Work on the implementation and development of Oracle Utilities CC&B / C2M solutions following OUAF framework guidelines.
Collaborate with onsite teams, business users, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Develop and customize OUAF components based on project requirements.
Participate in end-to-end implementation activities, including development, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.

Mandatory Technical Skills
Oracle CC&B / C2M / OUAF
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
Experience with:
Batch Programs
Business Services
Algorithms
Change Handlers
Groovy
Plug-in Driven Batches
Strong experience with 4GL scripting, including:
Service Scripts
BPA Scripts
Plug-in Scripts
Hands-on experience with:
Configuration Tools
UI Maps
Zones
Experience with XAI / IWS (Inbound Web Services).
Experience integrating CC&B/C2M with external systems using:
REST
XML
File Transfers
Strong SQL development experience with the CC&B data model.
Knowledge of OUAF/ORMB technical architecture, including:
Framework methods
Web Application Server
Business Application Server
Database Server
Functional Exposure – Good to Have

Exposure to the following CC&B/C2M functional modules will be an advantage:

Customer Setup
Billing
Pricing
Billing Payments & Collections
General Ledger
Project Experience
Must have completed at least one full-cycle implementation project in Oracle CC&B or C2M.
Experience working in enterprise-level utility projects will be preferred.
