Business Analyst- ServiceNow SOMT
Location: Remote
Shift: 10 am-7 Pm
Experience: 5 years
Contract - 3- 6 Months
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SOMT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Telecom Service Management, SOMT (Service Order Management for Telecommunications), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and telecom order lifecycle processes.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to gather requirements, define business processes, document functional specifications, and support end-to-end telecom transformation initiatives.
