Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) responsible for training the client's engineering teams in applying AI to platform operations and reliability engineering.

The role will focus on:
Pipeline troubleshooting
Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) generation using Terraform and Kubernetes
Incident-runbook creation
Log and anomaly analysis
Security-scanning integration

Key Responsibilities
Train engineering teams on applying AI to platform operations and reliability engineering.
Deliver hands-on training covering pipeline troubleshooting.
Support Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) generation using Terraform and Kubernetes.
Create and maintain incident runbooks.
Perform log and anomaly analysis.
Support security-scanning integration.
Promote the effective use of AI in operational and engineering workflows.

Required Experience & Skills
6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
Strong experience with CI/CD practices and pipeline troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of observability and monitoring practices.
Experience in incident management and operational support.
Expertise in automation and DevSecOps practices.
Practical knowledge of security risks involved in using AI with source code, logs, configurations, and operational data.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience communicating with customer stakeholders.
Experience driving change initiatives in Global and Enterprise environments.
